Since as far back as I can remember, I’ve spent virtually every free minute working on art, music, and film projects. The joy I got at a young age from discovering new tools and creative processes is what still drives me today.
My first paid design gigs were making posters and newspaper ads for concerts in the college town where I studied, and at the rock club where I worked and played.
After moving to New York and spending some time in a full-time creative position at a big time record company, I started my own design studio and have worked independently ever since.
I also travel the world, taking pictures of interesting places, symmetrical architecture, and goofy dogs. I’ve spent time as a hospital pediatrics volunteer, licensed NYC tour guide, long distance runner, and touring musician, playing a number of instruments at a solidly mediocre level. I’m an obsessive list maker, book buyer, and film watcher.
In my studio, I work with a wide range of individuals, small businesses, and large corporations; filmmakers, musicians, comedians, authors, and artists. And while I’m excited for the opportunity to take part in any interesting project, I make a special effort to help nonprofits and socially conscious organizations whenever possible.
If you have a project on which you’d like to collaborate, or if you just want to say hi and talk about dogs, I’d love to hear from you.
